We aim to make your ordering process as streamlined and convenient as possible. If you encounter any difficulties using our website or during your order process, please let us know.

 

LIVE INVENTORY

We strive for 100% accuracy with our live inventory levels available to you. Any item showing as AVAILABLE is in-stock and ready to ship. If any item is showing as INCOMING, PREORDER or BACK ORDER you can still place your order for these items and we will fulfill those items as soon as they arrive back in stock. We aim to keep sufficient stock on-hand to ensure back orders are kept to a minimum. Please note that in-stock items can sell out at anytime as the ordering portal is available to customers throughout Australia and New Zealand on a 24/7 basis.

FREIGHT

We charge a flat rate for shipping all stock orders. There may be an additional charge when shipping initial packaging and display orders. You will not be charged freight on any back orders that arrive after your initial order is fulfilled.
